Shipment and Returns
All orders placed through the online store will be shipped within 2-4 business days. When shipments are completed, you will be notified of the cargo tracking number via the e-mail.
For domestic orders, we offer free shipping on all products. For international orders, please contact us.
Please check the package when you receive the cargo, if you see any damage on the package, do not take the product and write a minute with the delivery officer regarding the damaged package and send this report to us via e-mail. Cargo-related damages that will be late notified to us will not be accepted as a claim.
For your claim requests, please send the return request with it’s reason, your contact information and your requested refund amount to the e-mail address email@example.com. Your claim request will be answered within 7 business days.
For all products purchased from our website, you can return the products within 15 days from the invoice date without any reason. We will not accept the return requests for products which have been opened, even partially used or damaged. The return must be made in the original packaging with the invoice. The products sent to us with the request for product defect will be checked within 7 working days and information regarding the acceptance status will be sent to the specified e-mail address. If the refund is accepted, the refund will be made within 15 working days.
